When you arrive in Townsville, taxis are located just outside the main exit of the airport terminal. From there, budget for approximately $15-20 to get you to the Townsville CBD, or more if you are reaching for outer suburbs! Most of Townsville’s accommodation for business travelers is located near the CBD and the award winning Strand, however our locations can be found in most up market suburbs, as well as inner city locations. Please be specific when you request a location! Our helpful staff will be able to pick a suburb that suits you, your staff, or your family.
